Job Summary
Role: Travel LPN (SNF)
Location: LaFollette TN
Duration: 13 Weeks contract
Shift: 12 -hour Night shift
Schedule: 36 hours per week/3 days in a week
Pay breakdown:
- Hourly rate - $33.00 $15.00 taxable $18.00 non-taxable
- OT rate - $41.00
- Weekly Gross - $1188.00 $540.00 taxable $ 648.00 stipend
Job Summary:
LPN (SNF)
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides high-quality nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The LPN supports residents with daily medical needs collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and ensures compliance with facility policies and state nursing regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years recent LTC experience - required
- AHA BLS certification required
- TN state license or compact state license - required
- No locals/50 miles radius rule
