Position: ServiceNow HRSD Administrator
Location: Burbank CA or Orlando FL 4 days/week onsite
Duration: 6-12 Months

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator with strong expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing configuring and optimizing the ServiceNow platform to support HR workflows and enhance end-user experience.

Responsibilities:

Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform with a focus on HRSD module implementation.
Customize and maintain HR service catalog case management workflows and forms to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to design and automate HR processes to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
Manage platform configurations including roles groups virtual agents and knowledge articles related to HR services.
Provide ongoing support troubleshooting and performance monitoring of the HRSD module.
Execute data migration testing and training sessions during HRSD rollout.

Required Skills:

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator with hands-on HRSD implementation.
Strong platform configuration skills including workflow form design and role management.
Familiarity with HR processes and best practices in HR Service Delivery.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical details to stakeholders.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail for system optimization.
