Job Summary

Role Overview:
Provide L1/L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications ensuring high availability quick issue resolution and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and troubleshoot Java applications APIs microservices.
Analyze logs stack traces thread/heap dumps.
Resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs.
Work with dev teams for bug fixes hotfixes and deployments.
Handle SQL queries Linux commands and automation scripts.
Support application servers (Tomcat/JBoss/WebLogic).
Maintain documentation (SOPs RCA reports).

Skills Required:

Strong Java/J2EE fundamentals.
Good debugging skills.
SQL & database knowledge.
Linux/Unix proficiency.
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Splunk Dynatrace AppDynamics).
Understanding of CI/CD and version control (Git Jenkins).

Nice to Have:

Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Docker/Kubernetes.
ITIL knowledge.
