Job Summary

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Generative AI Senior Software Engineer or Lead to join our AI/ML team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in building deploying and optimizing generative AI solutions. You will play a key role in designing and implementing AI-powered applications while mentoring team members and driving technical excellence.

Experience Required

4 to 8 Years in Software Engineering with strong focus on AI/ML and Generative AI technologies

For Lead role please look for 6 years experience

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and deploy production-grade generative AI applications using LLMs (Large Language Models) and other foundation models

Build and maintain AI pipelines for model training evaluation and deployment

Implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems for enterprise knowledge bases

Develop APIs and microservices for AI model integration and serving

Optimize model performance latency and cost efficiency in production environments

Fine-tune and customize foundation models for specific business use cases

Implement vector databases and embedding strategies for semantic search

Design and execute model evaluation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies

Required Technical Skills

Generative AI & LLMs

Strong experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI GPT-4/GPT-3.5 Claude Gemini Llama Mistral)

Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and chain-of-thought reasoning

Knowledge of fine-tuning techniques (LoRA QLoRA PEFT)

Understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms

AI/ML Frameworks & Tools

LLM Frameworks: LangChain LlamaIndex Semantic Kernel Haystack

ML Frameworks: PyTorch TensorFlow Hugging Face Transformers

Vector Databases: Pinecone Weaviate Qdrant ChromaDB FAISS

MLOps Tools: MLflow Weights & Biases DVC

Languages: Python (primary)

Cloud Platforms: AWS (SageMaker Bedrock) Azure (OpenAI Service) GCP (Vertex AI)

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related fiel
