Design develop and maintain mainframe applications using technologies like COBOL JCL CICS and DB2. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for new programs or enhancements. Perform unit testing system testing and integration testing to ensure code quality and functionality. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Ensure compliance with delivery schedules and maintain code quality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
