We are looking for an individual with the following demonstrable skills and
experience:

Proven Leadership: 10 years of proven leadership experience as a
Senior Finance Executive or Chief Financial Officer.
Strategic Financial Insight: A demonstrated ability to think strategically
about financial models capital management and long-term
organizational value.
Risk & Governance Expert: Deep experience in financial planning risk
mitigation and corporate governance to ensure sustainable growth.
Influence & Communication: Exceptional communication and
stakeholder engagement skills to partner with senior leaders and drive a
fiscally responsible culture.
Growth Mindset: A willingness to learn adapt and lead profitable
growth within a rapidly evolving environment.
