Job Description

Job Title - OSS/ BSS - Testing and Compliance / Automation

Experience - 7 - 15 Years

Location - Bangalore (Hybrid)

Notice - Immediate to 45 days

Requirements:-

Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology or Telecommunications.
Minimum 8 years in software/network testing roles with strong exposure to compliance and regulatory testing.

Testing and Compliance Technical Expertise:

Test strategy development compliance validation and automation.
Hands-on experience with network protocols (TCP/IP BGP MPLS) QoS and virtualization.
Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium JIRA/Zephyr) and scripting (Python Java).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Certifications: ISTQB or equivalent testing certification preferred; compliance certifications (ISO 27001 NIST) desirable.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Highly Desirable Skills:

Experience with Network Inventory systems Orchestration tools and Compliance Management platforms.
Exposure to AI/ML-based testing and compliance automation.

Testing and Automation Technical Skills

Minimum 8 years of experience in testing and automation.
Expertise in test strategy development documentation and execution.
Proficiency in automation tools: Selenium Playwright Rest Assured.
Experience with CI/CD pipeline setup and management.
Strong programming skills in Python and Java.
Knowledge of APIs TMF standards and network inventory/orchestration systems.
Familiarity with Agile DevOps and Lean methodologies.
Hands-on experience with JIRA Confluence and Zephyr.

Highly Desirable Skills

Experience with GenAI / ML-based testing capabilities.
Knowledge of OSS/BSS systems and network management tools.
Performance security and infrastructure testing expertise.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
