Job Summary

Job Description QA/QC Engineer (Civil)

We are looking for a dedicated QA/QC Engineer Civil who will be responsible for ensuring quality standards across construction. Activities maintaining documentation and supporting site teams in executing work as per project specifications.

Roles & Responsibilities

Implement and monitor Quality Assurance & Quality Control procedures at the site.
Conduct inspections for materials workmanship and construction activities.
Verify work as per IS codes specifications and method statements.
Prepare and maintain quality-related documents:

Inspection reports
Test reports
Checklists
Daily QA/QC logs

Coordinate with site engineers contractors and project managers to ensure quality compliance.
Review and ensure material testing (concrete steel aggregates soil etc.).
Raise NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and ensure corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in internal and external audits.

Eligibility

Diploma or in Civil Engineering
Minimum 23 years of experience in QA/QC (Civil)
Experience in infrastructure / industrial / building projects preferred

Requirements

Key Skills Required

Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes in civil projects
Familiar with IS codes and specifications
Ability to prepare technical reports
Knowledge of material testing procedures
Strong communication and coordination skills

Required Skills:

Bachelors / Masters degree in HR Management or related field. 37 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR operations. Hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit / Zoho People / HRMS tools is mandatory. Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills. Strong ability to multitask prioritize and meet deadlines. Exposure to construction / engineering industry hiring will be an added advantage.
