Job Description: Truck Driver
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safety First:
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections including checking fluid levels tires lights and brakes.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies (e.g. accidents breakdowns).
- Transportation:
- Load and unload cargo securely and efficiently.
- Plan and execute routes efficiently considering traffic and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to designated locations.
- Documentation:
- Complete and submit required paperwork accurately and on time (e.g. bills of lading delivery receipts).
- Communicate any delays or issues to dispatch or supervisors promptly.
- Vehicle Maintenance:
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks as required.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements
Education: 10th grade Higher Secondary (102) or above.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of verified heavy-vehicle (Category C CE) driving experience.
Age: Below 40 years at the time of application.
Language: Commitment to reach German B1 within 1012 months.
A2 external certification
B1 internal
Accepted certificates: Goethe Telc ÖSD
Drivers Licence: Valid heavy-vehicle licence from the home country.
Health: Medically fit for commercial driving; must pass eyesight and health exams.
Required Skills:
Education: 10th grade Higher Secondary (102) or above. Experience: Minimum 3 years of verified heavy-vehicle (Category C CE) driving experience. Age: Below 40 years at the time of application. Language: Commitment to reach German B1 within 1012 months.
