Position Overview
As a Remote Bilingual Call Center Agent youll be the voice of the brand delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls chat and email a full omni-channel environment. Youll assist customers with account questions billing inquiries service and product details membership information simple username/password reset troubleshooting and light upselling.
All customer interactions are in both English and Spanish. Fluency in both languages is required.
What Youll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls chat and email support
- Answer general account and billing questions
- Assist with simple troubleshooting (username/password resets)
- Provide product and membership information
- Upsell services when appropriate
- Deliver empathetic exceptional customer service
- De-escalate calls professionally when needed
- Manage 70120 calls per shift
- Contribute to a positive team-oriented culture even remotely!
Requirements
- Fluent in English & Spanish (spoken and written)
- 4 years of Customer Service experience (call center preferred)
- Ability to type 25 WPM minimum
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Test
- Must be able to work in the United States legally
- Strong empathy communication and problem-solving skills
- Enjoys helping others and creating memorable customer experiences
Position Details
- Pay: $16.00/hour incentives & growth opportunities
- Schedule Availability: Between 6:00am7:00pm CST
- Days: SundayMonday; 8-hour shifts 40 hours/week
- Two consecutive days off
- Weekend availability required
- Biweekly pay
