CALL CENTER AGENT
CUSTOMER SERVICE (REMOTE OMNICHANNEL)
Recruiting Lion Solutions is searching for a talented Call Center Agent ready to deliver exceptional service in the fast-paced world of telecommunications. This fully remote role supports a major telecom provider and requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where every call chat and email is an opportunity to create a positive customer experience. What Youll Do
- Handle inbound/outbound calls email chat and omnichannel customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while resolving account inquiries login issues access problems and general troubleshooting needs.
- Answer billing questions help customers understand charges and process account updates.
- Provide light upselling when appropriate by identifying customer needs and recommending available services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in the system for each interaction.
- Follow telecom guidelines company processes and performance expectations to ensure quality service.
Qualifications
- 4 years of customer service experience with at least 2 years in a call center environment within the last 7 years.
- Ability to type 30 words per minute.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook Teams Word Excel).
- Strong communication skills with a professional friendly tone.
- Ability to handle high-volume multitasking across multiple platforms (calls emails chats).
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills and comfort navigating multiple systems.
- Dependable punctual and focused especially in a work-from-home environment.
- Reliable home setup: high-speed internet compatible computer/laptop quiet workspace and preferably a hardwired connection.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
What the Job Offers
- Full-time remote position
- $15.00$17.00 per hour paid bi-weekly
- Full company benefits
- Schedule availability required between 7:00 AM 7:00 PM Sunday through Monday
- Weekend availability required
- Two consecutive days off
