We are seeking a highly experiencedSubject Matter Expert (SME) and Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in enabling a customer organizations successful transition to the ILIAS software suite.
Your mission
In this position you will:
- Leverage your deep expertise in military logistics aviation capabilities and operational processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor guiding stakeholders through the implementation and optimization of ILIAS software.
- Ensure seamless integration of logistics and aviation operations into a modern digital environment.
- Empower customers to achieve operational excellence readiness and efficiency
Your capabilities

- Provide strategic consulting on military aviation logistics and operations.
- Support the transition planning execution and adoption of ILIAS software.
- Collaborate with international teams bridging technical solutions with operational needs.
- Deliver training workshops and knowledge transfer to customer personnel.
- Identify opportunities to enhance capabilities compliance and mission readiness.
- Extensive background in military logistics and aviation operations.
- Proven experience as a consultant or SME in complex multinational environments.
- Strong understanding of logistics information systems and digital transformation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to take on an international assignment with significant responsibility.
- Be part of a mission-critical transformation in defense logistics.
- Work at the intersection of technology aviation and military operations.
