Position Specific Description
Recruitment Number 25-272KSEngineer V SR-26D($6535 per month) to SR-26L ($8945 per month) Honolulu Oahu.The starting salary may be at a rate between the minimum to maximum salary range listed above based on qualifications.

The Engineer V performs difficult professional engineering work in coordinating the planning design construction maintenance and operation of major and complex planning design and construction projects; prepares and coordinates the preparation of designs plans specifications estimate and reports; and performs other duties as required. Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with engineers architects contractors administrative officials and the general public.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Education: Graduation from an accredited four (4) year college or university with a bachelors degree in engineering in an engineering specialty; or an equivalent combination of education and experience in engineering work which satisfies the requirements of the State of Hawaiis Board of Professional Engineers Architects Surveyors and Landscape Architects.
Specialized Experience:One (1) year of registered professional engineering experience.
License Requirements:- A valid and current drivers license to operate a motor vehicle and
- Possession of a valid State of Hawaii Civil Electrical Mechanical or Structural Professional Engineer license at the time of application.
