Job Summary
WHO WE ARE:
Rockland Manufacturing is a family-owned business with multiple facilities in Bedford PA and another facility in Seguin TX. We produce over 200 of the highest-quality custom attachments for heavy equipment made in the USA! This position is on second shift Monday through Thursday from 3:30 PM until 2:00 AM with overtime as required on Fridays.
WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING:
- Preparing steel for cutting/forming
- Using hand torches grinders and chippers
- Beveling grinding parts operating press roll
- Removing and labeling parts from cutting tables
- Positioning material with cranes/forklifts/etc.
WHATS IN IT FOR YOU:
Our starting wages range from $18.50-$22.00 per hour based on experience. We offer the opportunity for wage increases every six months until you reach our top rate which is currently $28.00 per hour. Thats for everyoneit doesnt matter what your specific job is. if youre a top performer you can get to top performer pay!
