How youll make an impact

1. You will be responsible for the reception of various materials in the warehouse strictly checking the variety specifications quantity quality packaging and other information of the materials according to the purchase order or delivery note to ensure accuracy and handling the warehousing procedures and also do reasonably plan and partition the warehouse classify and store materials ensure that materials are neatly arranged clearly labeled and easy to find and manage.

2. You will strictly distribute materials according to the material requisition form or shipping order verify the information of the material requisition department material name specifications quantity etc. to ensure accuracy and correctness.

3. You can accurately record the inbound and outbound information of materials timely enter the inbound and outbound information into the warehouse management system and ensure that the system data is consistent with the actual inventory and properly keep the relevant documents and vouchers for inbound and outbound inventory ensuring the integrity and traceability of the documents.

4. You will regularly conduct inventory checks on warehouse materials including comprehensive and partial inventory checks to ensure that the accounts match the actual inventory and real time monitoring of inventory levels to avoid inventory backlog or shortage.

5. You will be familiarize oneself with the location and usage of fire protection facilities and equipment in the warehouse regularly inspect the condition of fire protection facilities and equipment and ensure their normal operation also properly use and operate various equipment and tools in the warehouse to ensure their safety and reliability.

6. You will follow the safety operating procedures of the warehouse wear necessary safety protective equipment pay attention to the safety of oneself and others and avoid safety accidents such as collisions and falls.
7. You will be responsible for organizing and archiving warehouse related documents and materials regularly reporting warehouse inbound and outbound data inventory data and timely reporting warehouse work to superiors.

8. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelors degree.

2. Can use SAP system and office software (such as Excel Word etc.) to accurately input and process warehouse data.
3. More than 5 years of work experience.

4. Having a high sense of responsibility and professionalism working diligently and meticulously able to ensure the accuracy of warehouse data and the safety of materials.

5. Having good communication skills and teamwork spirit able to maintain good communication and collaboration with departments such as procurement production and sales and jointly achieve the production and operation goals of the enterprise.

6. Has strong execution and stress resistance abilities can strictly follow warehouse management systems and processes to execute work tasks and maintain good working conditions under work pressure.

7. Having good learning and adaptability abilities able to quickly grasp new knowledge and skills and adapt to changes and developments in warehouse management work also physically healthy able to withstand the workload of the warehouse and adapt to overtime work as needed at any time.
8. Having good professional ethics and conduct no bad records and keeping the companys trade secrets confidential and having a good sense of service and being able to provide high-quality services to both internal and external customers of the enterprise.
