DescriptionAs a Talent Attraction Intern you will support the team in executing recruitment strategies enhancing candidate experience and contributing to employer branding initiatives. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process and HR operations in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the TA mentor to develop a deep understanding of our business and hiring needs to drive recruitment efforts and initiatives effectively.
- Execute on tactical research referrals and sourcing campaigns to find engage and activate active and passive candidates.
- Learn and work within our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to support our recruitment and employment process.
- Support the team on ad-hoc strategic projects focused on process improvements and exciting employer branding initiatives.
- Support other ad-hoc projects where relevant.
- Take ownership of HR engagement activities and projects.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with good organisational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word).
- Interest in HR and talent acquisition.
