Roles and Responsibilities

Leads Operators in daily execution of standard work for Safety Quality Delivery and Cost
Complete hourly team pay roll discipline and performance reviews
Executes production according to the production schedule pitch attainment etc.
Use prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute daily operations
In-depth understanding of key business drivers to make priority calls and drive the cell forward in problem solving

Required Qualifications

Engineering or Business Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college OR HS Diploma with minimum 10 Years of relevant job experience
At least 5 year in manufacturing engineering or supply chain discipline

Eligibility Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future
This position is 100% onsite position at the GE Vernova Greenville SC Garlington Road site

Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position the pay range for this position is between $90400.00 and $150500.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110% 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
