Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for safely and efficiently handling moving loading and unloading materials using manual processes and/or material handling equipment (MHE). This role opens seals sorts stores and distributes materials ensuring accurate flow of inventory throughout the facility. The Associate processes orders from requisitions dispenses stock items and assists with inventory tasks including stock rotation and cycle counts.

What You Will Do

  • Handle move load and unload materials manually or using various material handling equipment (e.g. pallet jacks forklifts carts)

  • Open seal sort store and distribute crates boxes cartons and materials

  • Process orders pick stock items and fulfill requisitions accurately

  • Assist with shipping and receiving tasks including inspecting freight and verifying documentation

  • Maintain inventory accuracy through stock rotation counts and paperwork processing

  • Update purchase order systems as shipments are received canceled or backordered

  • Communicate inventory discrepancies or issues to management promptly

  • Support kit/bundle breakdown component sorting or related warehouse tasks

  • Keep work areas clean organized and compliant with safety procedures

What You Bring to the Role

  • Established and productive contributor with the ability to work under moderate supervision

  • Ability to solve routine problems and make minor adjustments to standard procedures

  • Strong communication skills to relay information that may require clarification or interpretation

  • Intermediate-level administrative or technical skills within warehouse or logistics operations

  • Ability to follow established procedures while recognizing when deviations are necessary

  • Comfortable seeking guidance from senior team members for non-routine tasks

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

  • 3 years of general work experience or 2 years of functional warehouse/material handling experience

  • Proficient in applying job-related skills company policies and standard procedures

  • Experience with material handling equipment inventory systems or shipping/receiving processes preferred

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $31800.00 - $47700.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidates primary work location pay grade and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors in addition to primary work location such as complexity and responsibility of role job duties/requirements and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
