Your Team

You will be working as Product Supply manager and will be assigned in one of different disciplines of Product Supply function: customer and distributer operations logistics team market planning team purchases initiative management team digital and analytics team. Your career will grow across diverse sets of disciplines in Product Supply with diverse skillsets in supply chain. You will work with the Product Supply team and in multifunctional teams with Marketing Sales and external suppliers.

Responsibilities of the role:

As a Product Supply Manager you will have the opportunity to discover P&Gs technologies & standards which are worldly recognized. We will help you build your capabilities through the job experience mentoring and training.

You will be assigned to any of the functions within Product Supply:

Supply Chain - Customer logistics

Collaborate with multiple customers to implement supply projects that creates new value
Lead Order Management team(s) to ensure right service at the right cost
Deliver Cash & Cost optimization projects in collaboration with Sales and other supply chain partners

Market Planning

Plan and Execute supply chain strategies for timely production and distribution of products to our consumers customers and distributor partners
Lead a team of Raw/Packed Material and Finished goods planners leading forecasting & planning for manufacturing operations of a plant / category
Lead Cost savings and Supply Chain re-design projects for your category to improve inventory

Purchases

Lead Spend for a specific spend Pool Logistics Chemicals Capital etc. that can be for entire globe or region based on sourcing strategy
Own Supplier and Customer Relations

Job Qualifications

Must possess a bachelors degree preferably in Industrial Engineering Business or related courses.
With 0-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Logistics and Planning. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Demonstrates technical curiosity creativity and a passion for innovation.
Excels in communication both written and verbal with strong interpersonal skills.
Possesses exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exhibits leadership skills and a strong sense of ownership.
Maintains high operational discipline.
