Job Summary

ROLE SUMMARY

The Medical Evidence Generation Systems Lead is accountable for the end-to-end ecosystem of digital tools that enable Medical Evidence study ideation design and execution across Pfizers Evidence Generation (EvGen) landscape.


Leads strategy integration and continuous improvement for the connected suite of systems including the RISE Platform IEP Portal Portfolio Management Study Design & Approval and Study Management Systems.

Oversees seamless interoperability with Resource Management and Financial Management systems to ensure unified data flow visibility and governance from concept through delivery.

Partners with stakeholders across Medical Affairs R&D Digital and Operations to modernize the MED technology backbone enhance study efficiency and enable evidence planning execution and reporting through simplified connected and compliant digital experiences.


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and execute the EvGen systems roadmap aligned to business and compliance priorities

  • Integrate platforms across portfolio study resource and financial systems to enable end-to-end data flow.

  • Drive innovation through digital transformation automation and advanced analytics.

  • Establish governance KPIs and continuous improvement frameworks for system performance and adoption.

  • Collaborate with Digital and build strong partnerships with Medical Affairs R&D and enabling functions to align systems with business needs.

  • Lead cross-functional and vendor teams delivering high-quality user-focused solutions.

BASIC QUALIFICATTIONS

Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers develop and coach others oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

  • Advanced degree (MS MBA PharmD or equivalent) in Information Systems Life Sciences or related field.

  • 10 years leading enterprise platforms systems integration or digital transformation in global pharma or R&D.

  • Proven experience managing complex cross-functional technology programs spanning study planning and operations.

  • Strong knowledge of evidence generation processes governance and compliance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATTIONS

  • Experience managing Salesforce-based or equivalent workflow platforms for study or portfolio management.

  • Familiarity with GxP environments validation standards and data privacy and security requirements.

  • This is a hybrid role requiring you to live within commuting distance and work on-site an average of 2.5 days per week or more as needed.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $204700.00 to $341100.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 22.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
