Responsibilities

Processing individual corporate partnership fiduciary and bankruptcy tax returns.
Setting up and accurately monitoring engagements and workflows for tax preparation and filing deadlines.
Corresponding and communicating with clients regarding engagement agreements document requests and access bill/payment issues and other matters.
Entering partner time and expense reports in billing system.
Assisting with data entry and other ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

2 years of administrative work experience preferably with a CPA firm.
Must live within reasonable driving distance of the Los Angeles office.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Word Excel Outlook).
Mandatory overtime work during key tax deadline periods.
Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
High school degree or equivalent (AA trade school or 4-year college degree a plus)

$28 - $32 an hour
