We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager 2 MarTech Technologist Content AI (IC5) to lead LinkedIn Marketings evolution toward AI native content creation and production. As part of the MarTech Digital Experiences (DX) team you will shape our Content AI strategy scale adoption across marketing and creative teams and guide the responsible use of emerging AI technologies across the content supply chain.

Success in this role requires strategic depth system-level thinking strong cross functional leadership and hands-on fluency with creative workflows and governance. You will partner across Brand Creative Legal Engineering Product and Marketing to modernize how content is created adapted and delivered while ensuring trust compliance and measurable business impact. This work blends program leadership technical insight governance product sense and ecosystem orchestration.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaboratively develop and drive the multi year Content AI strategy and roadmap that accelerates ideation creation personalization and production efficiency across LinkedIn Marketing.
  • Lead enterprise adoption of generative AI tools (Firefly Jasper Adobe Express and emerging solutions) through structured enablement training and scalable templates.
  • Embed AI into core content workflows by designing automations reusable components and integrations that reduce manual effort and increase throughput.
  • Partner with Brand and Legal teams to uphold governance across imagery human likeness copyright provenance (C2PA) licensing and responsible AI use in creative.
  • Pilot and evaluate new content formats in video audio motion and synthetic media translating experimentation into compliant and repeatable production methods.
  • Define and measure KPIs for AI adoption workflow efficiency quality improvement and cost or effort reduction; establish reporting rhythms and insights loops that inform continuous improvement.
  • Manage vendor evaluations and proofs of concept; identify opportunities to expand capability reduce cost or modernize the content supply chain.
  • Provide technical and strategic guidance to partner teams; coach others in using AI responsibly and confidently across creative workflows.
  • Partner across Engineering Product Data Science and Marketing to deliver a scalable and secure technology architecture that supports high quality personalized content experiences.
  • Partner with marketing teams across operations and demand generation to define requirements drive adoption support user acceptance testing and address system or workflow issues.

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in marketing technology creative technology content production or adjacent fields.
  • Background in implementing or managing enterprise grade creative AI tools such as Firefly Jasper Adobe Express or GenStudio.
  • Experience with production systems such as AEM Assets AEM Sites Workfront or comparable CMS or DAM platforms.
  • Experience partnering with engineering and product teams to scale platforms integrations and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Analytical and systems oriented approach to diagnosing and improving workflows.
  • Ability to thrive in fast paced environments with a strong sense of ownership and execution.
  • Ability to lead through influence and drive alignment across cross functional teams.
  • Experience implementing process improvements and scaling new capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to support stakeholders across channels and seniority levels.
  • Experience enabling marketing and creative teams on generative AI and prompt frameworks.
  • Understanding of content governance brand safety copyright provenance and responsible AI principles.
  • Knowledge of video audio and motion production workflows and AI assisted editing.
  • Track record of improving operational efficiency workflow design or automation within creative or marketing environments.
  • Passion for experimentation and emerging creative technology trends.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $149000 to $233000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
