Job Summary
Must have a little Dominos pizza experience already. Starts at $14 an hour and work your way up. Are you ready to take charge and lead a team to success Were looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Shift Runner to join our dynamic team in Hawthorne United States. As a Shift Runner youll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations during your assigned shifts delivering exceptional customer experiences and motivating your team to achieve our goals.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of store operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and food safety protocols
- Lead and motivate team members to maintain high standards of customer service
- Handle customer inquiries concerns and feedback professionally and efficiently
- Manage inventory cash handling and cost control measures
- Coordinate and delegate tasks to team members to optimize productivity
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
- Assist in training and developing new team members
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving store performance
- Adapt to changing priorities and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications :
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating positive customer experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to demonstrate and enforce team member and food safety protocols
- Proficiency in basic math and cash handling
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-energy environment
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick effective decisions
- Must be 18 of age or older
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems (preferred)
