About the role
Based in either Singapore or Dubai the Senior Content Manager is responsible for:
Drive subscriber acquisition and retention through innovative content strategies.
Create and execute content plans that attract new audiences and convert them into subscribers.
Develop initiatives that deepen engagement and maximise subscriber lifetime value.
Ensure all content reflects and embodies our Heartist philosophy.
Produce content that resonates with our audience and supports commercial objectives.
Enhance the end-to-end subscriber journey through strategic content development.
About You
Our ideal candidate will be:
Content strategist for growth: Experienced in designing and executing content strategies that directly drive subscriber acquisition retention and lifetime value.
Audience-first planner: Skilled at tailoring content to different traveler personas and subscription tiers ensuring relevance and impact across campaigns landing pages email app and social.
Publishing schedule leader: Proven ability to establish and manage a central content calendar across all touchpoints ensuring consistency efficiency and alignment with business priorities.
Data-informed optimizer: Comfortable analyzing performance metrics lifestyle trends and emerging formats to refine content and maximize engagement.
Collaborative manager: Adept at working cross-functionally with acquisition product and customer success teams while overseeing agencies and freelancers to deliver high-quality commercially impactful output.
