Bellboy

Join our team as a Bellboy at our prestigious hotel in Doha Qatar! Were looking for a friendly and efficient individual to provide exceptional service to our guests and contribute to their memorable stay.

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival offering assistance with luggage and directions
• Transport guest luggage to and from rooms ensuring proper handling and care
• Provide information about hotel amenities local attractions and services in Doha
• Assist with guest requests such as arranging transportation or making reservations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and luggage storage areas
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Handle special requests and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Assist with parking services when required
• Ensure compliance with hotel safety and security protocols

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs)
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Dohas attractions restaurants and local services
• Proactive approach to anticipating and fulfilling guest needs
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist colleagues
• Basic computer skills for managing guest requests and communication
