Job Summary

Purpose:

The Quality Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that new projects and the lifecycle of existing products are properly managed as per New Product Introduction (NPI) protocols de-risked documented and transferred to production. This role ensures that control plans for new projects/products are properly defined to achieve compliance with customer or Insight specifications.

Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

The Quality Project Manager participates in supplier selection and evaluation defines incoming control plans and manages suppliers to achieve expected quality and compliance levels. They serve as the primary contact for suppliers on quality topics including specifications quality agreements complaints and change control and manage supplier risk.

This role supports production in case of supplier-related quality issues plans and performs supplier audits and conducts periodic quality evaluations of suppliers. They follow up on supplier CAPAs following audits or complaints and work on supplier development programs.

The manager enforces the use of PACE (Product and Cycle-time Excellence) and conducts human resources management processes for their team including goal setting performance evaluation salary reviews skills development planning and engagement surveys.

They implement the managerial practices of the Nemera Leadership Model to build a positive environment develop people foster commitment encourage cooperation define the vision and stimulate performance.


Qualifications :

Position Requirements:

  • A degree in engineering.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical medical device automotive or food industry.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

  • Knowledge of ISO 13485.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical GMPs.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving tools such as 5 Whys and DMAIC.
  • Understanding of the SAP Quality module.
  • Strong communication negotiation and listening skills.
