Oversees the preparation of financial reporting packages supports decision-making through data analysis and ensures compliance with Bosch financial policies. Acts as a key user for financial systems and provides guidance to the controlling team while aligning strategies with the plant leadership.
Specific tasks:
- Lead and coach CO team to guarantee compliance of processes and quality on the reporting
- Main contact reporting to Corporate in US and Business Unit in Germany
- Serves as business partner for all value streams providing financial insights and controlling support
- Acts as system key user for controlling-related modules and functionalities
- Coordinates and monitors MBR (Management Business Review) deliverables and deadlines
- Serves as the main key user for financial systems managing report extraction financial consolidation and data analysis
- Conducts investment assessments and prepares financial evaluations for capital expenditure projects
- Supports and oversees acquisition processes for existing customers and new OEMs customers from a plant controlling perspective
Qualifications :
- English Advanced (B2- C1)
- Bachelors Degree (Finance Accounting Industrial Engineer)
- 3 - 5 years of experience in the Controlling area
