Alongside our global campuses we also collaborate with talented contractors and freelancers from all over the world to help us achieve our crazy big goals. While we support flexible remote-friendly ways of working for this role were focusing on Sao Paulo so we can best support our teams and keep collaboration flowing.
This role is a 6-month engagement working full-time hours.
What youd be doing in this role
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think thats all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things youll be working on when you start but this will likely evolve.
This role is currently focused on leading our User-Generated Content (UGC) program and serving as a project manager for our internal creative team. Youll source and collaborate with creators find the right talent negotiate payments brief creators and manage the delivery of around 1216 videos each month.
Youll also act as a key project manager for the creative team organising campaign timelines managing creative requests and ensuring smooth communication and delivery across all addition youll lead and coordinate shoots across the region overseeing everything from pre-production planning to on-the-ground logistics.

Bring strong producer and project management instincts keeping timelines shoots and deliverables organizedeven when things shift quickly.
Bring experience working across both advertising and design understanding the creative needs workflows and expectations of each disciplineand how to connect them to deliver strong consistent and thoughtful work.
Lift the quality of work across teams contributing structure cultural insight and creative thoughtfulness that elevates every project you touch.
Have both depth and breadth in the creative process understanding how design copy marketing production creators and performance teams fit together.
Are a true ensemble player collaborating with warmth and reliability and helping the whole team operate smoothly and do their best work.
Feel at home switching between Portuguese and English partnering daily with a global team that values openness curiosity and collaboration.

As part of the team youll help ensure our creator program and production pipelines run seamlessly enabling us to deliver bold impactful creative work at scale.
