Job Summary
Reporting to the Chief Steward your key duties will include but are not limited to:
Keep the workspace safe clean and tidy
Make sure kitchens and staff areas are stocked with clean sanitised and dry equipment
Use chemicals and equipment correctly following the instructions provided
Run the dishwashing machines as needed
Help out with deep cleaning in the kitchens
Put away equipment crockery cutlery and glassware safely and hygienically
Qualifications :
Demonstrated experience in a similar high volume fast paced hospitality environment
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to operate effectively both collaboratively and independently
Flexibility to work across rotating rosters including weekends and both AM/PM shifts
Commitment to achieving excellence with a resultsdriven approach and focus on high standards
