Job Summary

KS2 Class Teacher

Location: The British international School Kuala Lumpur

The British international School Kuala Lumpur is looking to recruit a KS2 Class Teacher to drive excellent teaching and learning in the Primary School

The role:

As a KS2 Class Teacher you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging challenging and creative lessons across the KS2 curriculum that inspire children to achieve their best.

  • Create a positive inclusive and safe learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.

  • Use a range of assessment strategies to track progress provide feedback and inform next steps in learning.

  • Work closely with your year group team and assistant teachers to share best practice plan collaboratively and support consistency across classes.

  • Build strong relationships with children parents and colleagues fostering open communication and partnership.

  • Contribute to the wider life of the school including assemblies trips performances and events that enrich our childrens experience.

  • Support the ethos values and vision of the school modelling them in your teaching and interactions.

  • We are looking for Be a passionate and dedicated teacher with a clear understanding of the KS2 curriculum the ability to inspire young learners and a commitment to their holistic development.
