Job Summary
WHO WE ARE:
Rockland Manufacturing is a family-owned business with three facilities located in Bedford PA and another facility located in Seguin TX. We produce over 200 of the highest-quality custom attachments for heavy equipment made in the USA!
WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING: Our Fitter Fabricators build custom attachments for loaders dozers and excavators. This position is available on second shift which runs Monday-Thursday from 3:35 pm-2:05 am with overtime as required on Fridays. Youll be:
- Working from blueprints to assemble buckets forks rakes grapples and blades
- Using cranes/other positioning devices during assembly
- Laying out aligning and fitting together fabricated and machined parts
- Tack welding components
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Experience is preferred but we will provide ample training; if needed
WHATS IN IT FOR YOU:
Our starting wage is $21.50 to $26.00 per hour based on experience. We offer the opportunity for wage increases every six months until you reach our top rate currently $28.50. Thats for everyoneit doesnt matter what your specific job is. if youre a top performer you can get to top performer pay!
