We help factories digitize workflows end-to-end from shop-floor visibility and real-time analytics to automated decisioning and worker enablement. Were looking for a hands-on Senior Full-Stack Engineer who can architect build and scale high-performance applications that enable mission-critical factory workflows.

Why this role exists

Factory Thread is expanding across modules production monitoring digital workflows quality management and predictive operations. We need an engineer who can:

• Build powerful scalable frontends and backends
• Own features end-to-end in a startup environment
• Work across cloud on-prem deployments and devops
• Mentor developers and strengthen engineering practices

What you will work on

Frontend Engineering

• Build responsive high-performance applications using React and
• Implement dashboards used by operators engineers and plant managers
• Create internal tooling configuration UIs and admin consoles
• Optimize UX for real-time data-heavy interfaces

Backend & Platform

• Develop scalable services using Fastify
• Design core APIs for data ingestion workflows user management and analytics
• Implement secure authentication RBAC audit logs and workflow logic
• Improve backend performance caching and reliability

Cloud On-Prem & DevOps

• Deploy and manage systems on Azure
• Build production-ready on-prem deployments using Docker containers
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Implement observability using logs metrics and alerts

Engineering Ownership

• Participate in sprint planning break down features and drive execution
• Collaborate closely with product teams to translate requirements into solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices

Who you are (ideal fit)

• 58 years of full-stack development experience
• Strong expertise with React TypeScript and
• Experience building production-ready dashboards or real-time apps
• Proficient in building APIs with Fastify (or similar high-performance Node frameworks)
• Hands-on experience with Docker and container-based deployment
• Comfort with Azure or similar cloud environments
• Startup mindset ownership speed and autonomy

Nice-to-have

• Familiarity with manufacturing supply chain or industrial IoT systems
• Experience instrumenting analytics (Mixpanel GA etc.)
• Exposure to Flutter or mobile app development
