Arena Staffing is a fast-growing recruitment and staffing agency specializing in creative marketing digital and technology placements for agencies and brands across the U.S. We operate entirely remotely and pride ourselves on speed quality and white-glove client service.
We are seeking an experienced Management Supervisor to lead and grow a high-performing team of recruiters and account managers while directly overseeing key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead mentor and performance-manage a remote team of 812 recruiters and account managers
Own P&L responsibility for your pod/book of business (target $4M$7M annual revenue)
Develop and execute account growth strategies for 610 enterprise staffing clients
Oversee end-to-end delivery quality fill ratios and client satisfaction (target NPS 85)
Drive new business development and organic growth within existing accounts
Set quarterly goals run weekly pipeline reviews and deliver monthly client reports
Collaborate with leadership on hiring plans process improvements and tooling
Ensure team hits or exceeds monthly placement and revenue targets
Requirements
7 years in recruitment/staffing industry with at least 3 years in a leadership or management supervisor role
Proven track record of growing and managing a profitable book of business
Experience in creative marketing or digital staffing strongly preferred
Exceptional remote leadership skills and comfort managing fully distributed teams
Data-driven mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets and ATS/CRM proficiency (Bullhorn experience a plus)
Available to work standard U.S. business hours (flexible time zone within the U.S.)
