Our client a fast-growing fintech startup is seeking an Operations Lead to partner directly with the CEO and help scale the business across go-to-market product and internal operations. This is a high-ownership strategic generalist role ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity loves building from zero to one and consistently turns ideas into execution.
What Youll Do
- Support sales efforts by preparing for and participating in conferences customer meetings and strategic calls.
- Drive internal strategy operational excellence and cross-functional initiatives.
- Improve processes systems and workflows to enable rapid scaling and market expansion.
- Assist with hiring onboarding and organizational development as the team grows.
- Act as a problem-solver and execution engine unblocking challenges and delivering outcomes with urgency and precision.
What Were Looking For
- 2 to 3 years of experience in operations consulting venture capital or a similar strategic role.
- Background in fintech regtech high-growth startups or founders associate/chief of staff positions
- Experience in customer-facing environments and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong communication analytical and presentation skills.
- Curiosity and comfort with technology including using AI tools to automate and streamline workflows.
- A proactive resourceful operator who acts with ownership rather than waiting for direction.
