Job Summary

Our client a fast-growing fintech startup is seeking an Operations Lead to partner directly with the CEO and help scale the business across go-to-market product and internal operations. This is a high-ownership strategic generalist role ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity loves building from zero to one and consistently turns ideas into execution.

What Youll Do

  • Support sales efforts by preparing for and participating in conferences customer meetings and strategic calls.
  • Drive internal strategy operational excellence and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Improve processes systems and workflows to enable rapid scaling and market expansion.
  • Assist with hiring onboarding and organizational development as the team grows.
  • Act as a problem-solver and execution engine unblocking challenges and delivering outcomes with urgency and precision.

What Were Looking For

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in operations consulting venture capital or a similar strategic role.
  • Background in fintech regtech high-growth startups or founders associate/chief of staff positions
  • Experience in customer-facing environments and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong communication analytical and presentation skills.
  • Curiosity and comfort with technology including using AI tools to automate and streamline workflows.
  • A proactive resourceful operator who acts with ownership rather than waiting for direction.
