Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to generate new leads for various financial products such as mutual funds government bonds and debenture
- Engage with prospects and clients to provide information regarding the companys suite of financial offerings and services.
- Assist clients in understanding and selecting suitable financial products based on their requirements and risk appetite.
- Maintain updated records of customer interactions follow-ups and progress in sales management systems for reporting and analysis.
- Coordinate with team members to support sales initiatives and contribute to collective targets and objectives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and existing clients ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest trends products and compliance standards in the financial services industry.
- Participate in training sessions workshops and regular team meetings to continuously improve domain knowledge and sales effectiveness.
