Job Summary

Are you ready to take your recruitment career further in the heart of São Paulo a dynamic hub of culture ambition and opportunity We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and shape talent-acquisition strategies for a major B2B solutions provider serving gaming studios.

What youll do

Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to design and implement talent strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead complex strategic recruitment projects from end to end sourcing screening interviewing and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines through proactive outreach networking and innovative sourcing methods including data-driven and market-insight approaches.
Support and promote employer branding efforts; act as an ambassador externally and internally to attract top talent.
Mentor and support junior recruiting team members; help standardize and improve talent acquisition practices across functions and regions.
Collaborate with external agencies or search firms when needed ensuring robust recruitment capacity.
Stay up to date on market trends and hiring best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.

What were looking for

Demonstrated experience as an in-house or agency recruiter in fast-paced high-volume environments.
Strong expertise in candidate sourcing assessment and use of recruitment tools (e.g. ATS platforms professional networks).
Excellent communication skills in English (B2 or higher) both written and spoken plus the ability to build rapport with stakeholders across levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results under pressure with a hunter mindset and strategic outlook.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and modern recruitment practices including passive candidate sourcing and talent-driven recruitment strategies.
