Job Summary

Join an energetic team in São Paulo and help shape the future of talent operations for a leading B2B solution provider supporting gaming studios. We are seeking a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our recruitment efforts and help build outstanding teams in one of Latin Americas most dynamic cities.

What youll do

Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs and define candidate profiles.
Apply creative and effective sourcing strategies from online platforms to networking to identify engage and attract top talent.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through continuous outreach market research and relationship-building.
Coordinate recruitment processes including candidate screening interviews offer negotiation and candidate experience management.
Collaborate with external recruitment agencies or search firms when needed.
Monitor market trends and hiring landscape to advise on talent strategy and help attract the best possible candidates.

What were looking for

Proven experience in recruitment either in-house or agency-based with a track record of sourcing and hiring candidates in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
Advanced proficiency in English (at least B2 level) both written and spoken.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and comfort using professional networking platforms.
Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well with multiple stakeholders and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
A results-oriented mindset and experience contributing to recruitment strategies beyond immediate hiring needs building long-term talent pipelines.
