Light Technician São Paulo Brazil

What youll do

Set up operate and maintain lighting and technical equipment for live or continuous production environments ensuring smooth operation consistency and high-quality results.
Monitor and manage equipment during use; promptly troubleshoot and escalate technical issues when necessary.
Work in close collaboration with other technical and production teams to integrate systems and support seamless workflows.
Keep accurate logs of equipment usage maintain attention to detail and follow all safety and industry best-practice standards.

What were looking for

Solid previous experience in technical operations ideally in studios live events broadcasting or production environments.
Ability to read technical plans or instructions operate control systems and work under pressure in fast-moving live contexts.
Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken) with a collaborative mindset and readiness to work variable shifts including nights and weekends when required.
An eye for detail organizational ability and a relevant technical background or qualification (e.g. audiovisual electronics production technology or similar).
