Are you detail-oriented client-focused and passionate about delivering winning proposals Fugro SAE is looking for a Tender Engineer to join our Commercial team. What Youll Be Doing:
- Manage all aspects of proposal developmentfrom analyzing client requirements to preparing and submitting bids.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Technical and Project Management teams to ensure proposals meet client needs and company standards.
- Develop cost analyses and pricing schedules based on proposal requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders ensuring timely communication and updates.
- Ensure compliance with QHSSE standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 57 years in soil investigation laboratory testing and foundation design.
- Familiarity with rock mechanics foundation computations and testing.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and strong MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of computational geotechnics packages and in-house spreadsheets.
- Excellent organizational communication and time management skills.
