Job Summary

A UX Developer User Experience Developer bridges the gap between design and development by translating user experience concepts interaction flows and visual designs into functional high quality front end code This role combines strong UX principles with hands on UI engineering to create intuitive accessible and engaging digital productsKey ResponsibilitiesUX Interaction ImplementationTranslate UX wireframes prototypes and design guidelines into responsive production ready UI componentsImplement interactions animations and micro interactions that enhance usability and user satisfactionEnsure design fidelity and maintain consistent visual and interaction patternsFront End DevelopmentDevelop clean scalable and maintainable front end code using HTML CSS JavaScript and modern frameworks React Angular Vue etcOptimize UI for performance accessibility and cross platform compatibilityUser Experience CollaborationCollaborate with UX researchers designers and product managers to refine user flows and improve user journeysProvide technical feedback on design feasibility and propose UX improvementsConduct usability reviews and support user testing activitiesDesign Systems Component LibrariesBuild and maintain reusable UI components and contribute to design system evolutionEnsure design system guidelines are followed across features and teamsDocument components patterns and development standardsAccessibility UsabilityImplement WCAG ADA accessibility standards and ensure inclusive design practicesConduct accessibility audits and resolve related issuesAdvocate for user centered design and usability best practicesQuality Assurance Continuous ImprovementTroubleshoot UI issues debug front end bugs and ensure consistent behavior across devicesStay updated with emerging UX trends front end technologies and best practicesParticipate in design and code reviewsRequired Skills Qualifications2 5 years of experience as a UX Developer Front End Developer or similar hybrid roleStrong proficiency in HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and at least one modern framework React Angular VueExperience with UX tools Figma Sketch Adobe XD AxureUnderstanding of responsive design interaction design principles and UX best practicesFamiliarity with accessibility standards WCAG 2 x ARIAExperience working with REST APIs and front end build tools Webpack Vite npm etc
