This position is in Cargills protein and salt business where we provide wholesome high-quality food products to a wide range of customers from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters.

Accountabilities:
- Operating equipment including Packaging Machines Palletizers Forklifts pallet jack stretchwrapers front end loader
- Rejecting and dumping bad bags of product
- General housekeeping tasks sweeping scraping shoveling wiping etc.
- Changing Stretch wrap and Top Sheets
- Will have to operate programs such as SAP MII FourKites RtDuet. To tag downtime events and enter production numbers
- Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations.
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
- Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility.
- Able to perform physical job duties such as bending lifting up to 50lbs kneeling climbing crawling and twisting with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Able to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat cold dust loud noise etc. with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Experience using a computer
- Able to operate machinery and/or industrial equipment.
- Able to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above).
- Able to work overtime including weekends holidays or different shifts with advance notice.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or Equivalent job experience
- Prior experience in production-related work or military experience
- Experience operating a forklift and/or warehousing experience
- Experience with SAP and/or warehouse inventory management systems able to operate heavy equipment such as bulldozer and front-end loader
