Your job
As a Management Consultant youll be part of a supportive dynamic team solving exciting challenges for leading companies in the Consumer goods & Retail industry.

You will typically engage in different types of projects acting as a project member/manager for smaller consulting projects as well as taking part of large global transformation programs building strong client relations. You will lead with data and insights to co-create and implement technology-enabled disruptive business and technology solutions that unlock business value for our clients.

You are passionate about working in a transparent environment and believe that diversity drives innovation.
In Retail you would to work with topics around e-commerce changing role of stores supply-chain sustainability order fulfillment digital marketing and customer loyalty.

For Consumer goods typical project could be around sales and commercial excellence supply chain planning and manufacturing or more general digital transformations and change management.

You are a true team player and want to be part of an organization that strives to make a difference by innovating with a purpose. You have the ambition to continuously develop your industry knowledge your advisory and commercial skills and are expected and challenged to do so.
Experience in working within Supply Chain management would be highly valued and beneficial for this role.

We believe that;

• You have a Masters degree in a relevant field e.g. Business Marketing or Industrial Engineering and Management
• You have experience in projects or consulting type of work connected to Consumer Goods &/or Retail 1-2 year experience required for an Analyst level
• You can communicate effectively and can put ideas and findings into the right context in English and preferably in (Swedish) to the right audience
• You have enthusiasm and desire for all matters related to technology entrepreneurial attitude and good interpersonal skills
• You have ability to quickly learn and understand the client business
• You have a passion for technology AI innovative solutions and digital transformations.
• AI will play an increasingly important role in the coming years and we believe that you as a person have the technology interest have been exposed to AI work related topics and are excited to contribute to developing how AI will change the CPG and retail industry.
