We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Auditor with hands-on experience completing at least one full SOX audit cycle. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills a solid understanding of internal controls and the ability to produce clear well-organized technical documentation.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and support end-to-end SOX 404 audit activities including planning walkthroughs control testing remediation and reporting.
Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls across business and IT processes.
Prepare clear concise and well-structured audit workpapers testing documentation and technical process documents.
Assist in identifying control gaps process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvements.
Work collaboratively with process owners control owners and cross-functional teams to understand workflows and gather required evidence.
Support internal audit projects beyond SOX including operational audits risk assessments and special reviews as needed.
Ensure compliance with internal audit methodologies quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Communicate findings and recommendations to management in a clear and professional manner.
