Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
* Responsible for complete recruitment cycle of Mid to officer level from sourcing to onboarding.
* Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business
* Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
* Good understanding and working experience of BFSI recruitment and strong understanding of Wholesale Banking & Treasury working functions
* Preparations of presentations industry collaterals & market research reports team structures peer group market studies various benchmarking exercises
* Provide accurate up to date and informative recruitment dashboard along with reporting of recruiting effectiveness (channel mix cost of hire quality of hire etc.)
* Data support activities entrusted
Must haves:
* Sourcing experience in BFSI Hiring/GCC Hiring
* Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
* Good command over excel ppt etc.
* GO-getter self motivated attitude
* Post graduate preferred
