Role Responsibilities: Responsible for end-to-end operation of the region.
Accountability for P&L of the region.
Planning of the business expansion and scaling along with the manpower budgeting.
Responsible for strategizing the direction of the business growth and leading diversification of the business lines.
Increasing market share in respective region through driving brand visibility and awareness.
Leading an overall team size of 10k comprising both blue and white collared employees and workers.
Leading training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting individual & group targets.
Handling operations across a distributed geographical spread covering the state.
Responsible for maintaining key organizational metrics including on-time delivery fill rate IBND.
Responsible for maintenance of stocks / inventory levels within the warehouse to ensure customer orders are fulfilled.
Responsible for customer satisfaction and complaint in regards with service delivery.
Candidate Qualifications: A senior business operations/Head who has 15 to 18 years of experience in the Indian market functioning across different business lines and industries
Graduate or Postgraduate in relevant education qualification from premier institute.
Entrepreneurial in exploring business opportunities should have handled large scale business should have experience in launching the business.
Should have experience in setting up the processes for smooth functioning of the business teams. Strong in People Management and experience in handling large teams (white & blue collared work force).
Understand the ecommerce & retail industry.
Strong influence interpersonal skills and overall leadership capability
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills People management Strong working knowledge of applicable Central State and local laws pertaining to the employment relationship.
