Job Summary

-Develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with the companys objectives.

-Identify evaluate and select suppliers based on cost quality and reliability.

-Conduct market research to stay updated on pricing trends new products and supplier performance.

-Negotiate contracts payment terms and pricing agreements to achieve the best value.

-Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure continuity of supply and maintain competitive advantages.

-Prepare annual purchasing budgets forecasts and cost-saving plans.

-Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and best practices.

-Collaborate with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure the availability of required materials.

-Monitor stock levels lead times and reordering points.

Requirements

-58 years of total experience in Supply Chain including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

-Strong hands-on experience in import & export purchasing inventory management logistics and transportation.

-Mandatory experience in the chemical industry or packaging sector.

-Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Logistics or a related field.
