Job Summary
Requirements
Spanish speaker (fluent/native) English is an advantage
Minimum 12 years of experience as a Retention Agent in the Forex/CFD industry
Must understand trading platforms CFDs MT4/MT5 and general market concepts
Must be based in Argentina
Experience working in a regulated brokerage environment
Proven ability to manage high-volume client portfolios
Strong sales negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work towards monthly targets and KPIs
Strong client service mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships
CRM experience (Zoho HubSpot Salesforce or similar)
High level of professionalism and ability to work independently
