We are seeking a passionate and dedicated TGT Social Science Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social science subjects and be committed to fostering a positive learning environment. This role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons assessing student progress and collaborating with colleagues to enhance educational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
- Teach subjects including history geography political science and economics to students in grades specific grades.
- Use a variety of instructional techniques and materials to engage students in the learning process.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments tests and projects.
- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and respect.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary lessons and school-wide initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with students parents and staff regarding academic progress and behavioral issues.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational practices.
- Supervise students during school activities and provide support for their social and emotional well-being.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Education or relevant field; a degree in Social Science preferred.

- Previous teaching experience preferably in a similar role.
