Key Success Factors
The Human Resources Officer supports the effective delivery of the Colleges Human Resource operations by providing professional advice administrative support and guidance to staff and leadership. The role ensures that Human Resource (HR) policies procedures and safeguarding requirements are consistently implemented to maintain a positive compliant and high-performing workforce.
The Human Resources Officer plays a vital role in ensuring that the College is fully staffed with motivated capable and well-supported professionals who can deliver the highest standard of education and care for students. By overseeing recruitment and safeguarding checks the incumbent contributes directly to the Colleges ability to maintain a safe inclusive and stable learning environment. The role requires proactive engagement with staff at all levels ensuring their needs are understood and that HR processes help them thrive in their roles.
