Houseman

POSITION SUMMARY

The Houseman is a key member of the Housekeeping department and supports the smooth execution of the hotels daily operations.

They are responsible for cleaning common areas and guest rooms as well as restocking supplies to ensure a clean organized and welcoming environment for guests.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Clean and maintain the hotels areas;
• Restock and organize floor storage areas with linens cleaning products and other necessary supplies;
• Remove dirty linen from the floors;
• Assist with room preparation and cleaning when required;
• Immediately report any malfunctions technical issues or safety concerns;
• Ensure that public areas are maintained according to hotel standards and always ready for guests;
• Collaborate with other departments (maintenance front office food & beverage);

• Ability to work in a team and handle fast-paced work environments;
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards;
• Reliability punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility;
• Flexibility to work shifts weekends and holidays;

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in luxury hotels or large properties;
• Basic knowledge of safety regulations and cleaning procedures;
• Basic knowledge of English is preferred.
